Being missionaries

On Sunday, we also looked at this passage in 1 Peter. Our visiting speaker Ully shared with us a time in her life when she felt rejected, but Jesus met her in that place and reminded her that He does not reject any who trust in Him or look to Him. Through this passage we are reminded that we are God's special possession.

If you are feeling lost or broken or are not sure what's next for you, remember that Jesus cares for you. Christ died for our sins because He cares for each and every one of us. Not only that, but He calls us to come to Him, to connect with Him, to dwell with Him, because it is within Him that we have our being. From Him, we can receive life.

May we never lose the wonder of God's mercy and may we live boldly as children of God today.
